Payment and shipping

To purchase in the online store “” you need to choose the item and click the “BUY” button.

You can see the list of  the chosen items on the top or in the “Shopping Cart” section. You can add or delete items in your cart or change their number.

To make an order you should  go to the “Cart” section and click the “Checkout” button.

You will need to complete the registration form (your name, delivery details, ZIP code, phone number)  and click on “Confirm Order” button.  You can make your payment after receiving the confirmation letter on your e-mail. We can send you  the order after 100% payment.  You will get on your email Tracking-number or Way bill to ensure timely, accurate and secure delivery.


 Free delivery to Odessa and Ukraine (to “Nova Pochta” office). The courier service is possible but it is paid by the customer.

 Odessa Delivery:

Our contact phone number: +38 093 486 0348 . Contact us and we will arrange time and the way of delivery if you want to receive the item personally. Your order can also be delivered by “Nova Pochta“ company . Please, specify the number of the nearest branch while making an order.

All over Ukraine Delivery:

Your parcel delivery time  ensured by “Nova Pochta” is about 3 working days. Your parcel is sent next day your purchase was made and paid.

 Currently  we are not sending parcels to Donetsk and Luhansk. The deliveries to Donetsk and Luhansk regions are performed with a delay. Please take it into account while making an order.

 International Delivery:

 International delivery is performed by the company “Ukrposhta”.

After the parcel is sent, you receive a Tracking number

Delivery time: 1,5-3 weeks (sometimes up to 4 weeks).

 It is also possible to deliver your parcel with any other convenient carrier that works in Ukraine. Specify the necessary conditions when making an order, our manager will contact you to clarify the details.


Payment in Odessa and Ukraine:

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account number you will receive after your order confirmation.  You can pay for your purchase at the branch of any bank or using the electronic payment systems available to you (Privat 24, etc.).

International Payment:

We accept payment from other countries through the LiqPay system  -you can find  the instruction here:

We remind you that the delivery of the order is possible after we receive  the payment into our current account.

Exchange or Return Policy

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the exchange or return of goods is made within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, if it does  not fit the size, style, etc. Exchange or return of goods is made if it was not used, and its presentation, packaging, labels, and also the commodity receipt received together with the goods are fully preserved.
